Biased Judges How Can You Deal With Them?
Women for a large part of the recent history has been the favored gender in child custody battles. Many Judges firmly believe that mothers have a innate child rearing instinct that is superior to the Father. Is this really the case? Well scientific evidence has yet to proven a link. At least not to my satisfaction that is.
So then you have to wonder what are fathers to do with a biased judge? Since you really can not accuse a judge of having such a bias you then have to appeal his or her logic and reason. After all a judge was at once time a lawyer and these traits are very strong attributes of the law profession.
Child custody fights can rapidly turn into ugly child custody battles. One side will throw an accusation about another with out much merit. For instance there have been cases where abuse and intimidation have been faked in order to sway the judge to the other side. Both the Father and the Mother can be equally devious in their tactics to get custody of their kids. These traits however when found out will simply put the other side at a severe disadvantage. After all how likely is a judge going to grant custody to a manipulate parent.
But with this bias you then have a generation where the Father figure of the house is absent. Is this really a wise choice? A large population of men who grow up with any strong male influences surely can not be good for the society as a whole.
If you really want to combat this problem you must educate yourself in the laws that govern child custody cases. By doing this you give yourself the advantage on finding some of the loopholes that may exist so that you can have a fair fight.
Judges also do not like to have their rulings countered by an appellate court. IF you can find sufficient precedent that would cause any ruling to be overturned in the future then you should definitely play this to your advantage.
Learning about child custody can be a tough ordeal. However, others have done this before and won. This guide may just help you win your fight to keep your kids.
