Know the laws on child custody!

After a divorce many parents argue over the custody of the kids. In order to help the parents many laws have been created to really determine who is best able to take care of the kids. This is why it is so important that you must learn about the laws in regards to child custody. If you really want to get custody of your kids then you must know what, where and how you can win that custody by using the laws already in place.

Children are obviously affected when their parents divorce. For kids in their teens between the ages of 13 to 18 a neutral third party is really the best way to determine who is the most fit parent. The reason is that child custody is a very delicate matter and must be handled with the utmost care. Doing otherwise puts the child at risk for future trauma that can take years to resolve.

Laws on keeping your kids are based upon two very important factors and that is responsibility and resources.  Most likely the judge is going to grant custody to the parent who can be determined to be the most responsible and financially stable of the two. I could say that this happens all the time but that would be a unfair over generalization of all the court cases in the world. But the reality of the situation is that the parent with the most money usually wins custody of the kids.

All of the laws on child custody are purely child centric. There is a reason for this. You do not want your child to have to decide between two bitter and squabbling adults. Doing so will harm your child psychologically and will affect their future relationship with their other parent for the rest of their lives.

There are resources out there to help you win your child custody battle. You do not have to do this alone. You can win your kids in the divorce but you must be prepared. This guide will help you do this.

What are the types of child custody arrangements?

When many people start talking about child custody they imagine the child staying with only one parent, usually the mother. But this is just one type of child custody and if you are fighting for your kids then it is important that you become well versed in all the types.

First off because you are both parents to this child it is vital that your opinion be heard. You need to discuss with your ex the best arrangement for your children. Obviously at this point picking the right lawyer and talking with him or her would be prudent as well. After all a child custody lawyer is well versed in how the court system works and may know of some options you have not considered.

Types of custody

The first most common type of custody arrangement is joint physical custody. This is where both parents live separately but their child alternates time between the parents. A parenting schedule is devised and this determines when the child will live with each parent. IFthe parents can get along then this may be the best option for the child.

The second option is joint legal custody. This type of custody is where the child lives with only one parent but both have the legal right to make decisions for the child. For instance where to send the child to school is part of the joint legal custody arrangement and both parents have the legal right to decide where to send their child to school.

The last option is sole physical custody. This is by far the most well known arrangement for child custody. This is where one parent has control over the day to day dealings with the child and takes care of the kid both physically and legally. Now there are arrangements where one parent can have visitation rights and see the kids either supervised or unsupervised by the courts.

These are the most common types of custody arrangements for your child after a divorce. Only the court system will determine the best arrangement for your child. But this does not mean you can at least get some knowledge to help you win your child custody battle. There are guides out there to be able to assist you in this regard. Many people have found this one to be really good. I would give it a chance if you are going through a child custody battle.

Picking The Right Child Custody Attorney

Going through a divorce is a horrendous experience that many go through in their lives. But then many of these same people are parents and further face anguish over fighting for custody of their children. This is why picking the right lawyer is so crucial for yourself and your children’s future.

The laws protecting children are different then the laws protecting your rights as a customer or as a driver in a accident. You need a specialist in this field in order to really win your case. After all you would not go to a back surgeon to fix your heart so the same principle applies here as well.

The approach your lawyer takes can tell you a lot about how well versed he or she is with child custody battles. Many good lawyers will first try and seek a peaceful and civil outcome without involving too much of the courts time. This is not only advantageous to your both but puts far less stress on your children. A good lawyer in a child custody battle is not a winner takes all lawyer that you would want with other legal battles.

When you have your very first meeting it is important to ask many questions and to make sure that your lawyer will take on the right approach to win your child’s custody. Pay attention to whether or not he or she suggests mediation, counseling or some other form of settlement then an all out fight for your child in court. If your lawyer does not suggest these things then I would be very wary of hiring him or her. It is important that you shop around so that your best interests of your child is taken care of.

If you are currently in a fight for your child you do not have to do this alone. There are some guides and resources out there. I would look into some of them like this one.

Three Important Tips in Child Custody Fights

Divorce is hard enough to deal with. But then you mix in the prospect of having a custody battle for your kids and the situation can be even worse. For fathers child custody can be tough. Unfortunately it seems like many judges grant custody of the kids to the mothers more often then to the fathers. But with these tips you can stand a better chance of winning your kids in the custody battle.

The first and most important tip is to learn all you can about the law. Knowledge is power and without knowing what the laws allow you to do in your fight for kids you are truly lost.  A lawyer fighting for your case is limited to the amount of time they have available to fight for your case. Unfortunately your lawyer is a very busy person and may not know all of the facts of your case in order to help you. This is why if you want to get your kids in the child custody battle that you do your own research and learn as much about the laws in your state.

The second tip is to think ahead and devise a strategy to win your kids in the divorce. Every child custody battle should have a clearly defined strategy with moves and counter-moves to react to how your ex will act depending upon the situation. If you have this clearly defined strategy clearly laid out before hand then you will know precisely how to act when you are in the midst of this child custody battle.

Lastly you always want to make sure you are presenting the best impression you can to the judge. You do not want to overdo this as this may work against you in the end but creating a good first impression can go a long way to making sure you get custody of your kids.

These tips are just the tip of the iceberg in order to win the battle for your kids. Clearly you need a guide in order to really help you out. I have found this guide to be really a great resource for those that want to win their child custody battles.

Review of How to Win Child Custody

For many parents the custody fo their children is paramount in any divorce proceedings. You can get back a house or car or other trappings of life but your children are unique and you have a limited amount of time to spend with them. That is why it is important to get the most out of any child custody hearing.

I have recently been promoting a great ebook on this subject called How to Win Child Custody by the The Custody Coach. And there is a reason for it! This book works! Quite simply it is one of the best resources you can find if you are in the battle to win custody of your children. The advice given is not what you will get from your attorney’s but that does not mean that you should ignore it. Many people have gone through the same battle as you have and won using this ebook. I personally know of at least 16 people who have gained more time with their children by carefully paying attention to the details in this ebook.

What is the cost of seeing the most important events of your child’s lives? As the commercial states these moments are priceless. You definitely get your value for your money with this manual.

What separates those that win their custody fights from those that do not is the level of preparation and knowledge of what is involved in these cases. Though only one hundred pages this ebook is all about how to actually win in court. That is what separates it from the other fluff filled books you might find in the bookstore. Also since this ebook was written by an expert that has helped countless others you know that the value given is well worth the price.

So you owe it to yourself and to your children to buy this ebook. I do not make it a practice to promote crappy products on this website. After all I have my own reputation to think about as well. I would not lead you down the wrong path just to make a buck. Simply put if you actually want to win your child custody fight then this is the book for you.

Custody Rights For Fathers – What to Consider

For many years it was a foregone conclusion that the primary custody of the children in a family would go to the mother. However, that is changing as more father’s stand up for their right to raise the kids and gain primary custody. In many cases it is best for the children to be placed in the physical custody of the father. For instance if the family consists mainly of boys then a strong male is what is needed and can benefit the children.

The assurance that the mother will gain sole custody of the kids is changing primarily due to the landscape of the workplace. As women have fought and won more rights in the workplace this has opened the door for more men to get primary custody of their kids. A wife cannot claim that she cannot earn as much as her husband like she used to. As the workplace landscape changes so does the prospect of single father’s raising the kids. What does this mean for our society? For many decades if not centuries the husband has been depicted as the sole bread winner with the wife staying home and raising the children. This shift in social consciousness has to be considered and how will this affect your family.

One of the many factors to consider when attempting to gain custody of the children is who was the primary person in the family who took care of the kids? The reason this is important is that children thrive on routine and order. Disrupting that order by placing the other parent in charge is very stressful to the kids and can disrupt their growth as well rounded individuals.

One of the best ways to gain custody of the children is to have proof of the amount of effort and care you placed on the children. Another factor is to have a great attorney that has successfully won custody for other father’s in your area. This is vital as having a history and someone who knows the ins and outs of the law is the best way to gain custody of the children.

Above all have the proper documentation that you were the one that took care of the kids. Pictures of you at their soccer practice, receipts of instruments or other family oriented activities can go a long way in a judge’s eyes.

If you are in a child custody battle at the moment there are resources to help you out. Many of these books have been written by fathers and those who have gone through the process. This manual can really help you in your struggle to gain custody of  your children.

Office Affairs Never A Good Idea!

An office affair may seem to be a good idea at the time but this can rapidly change. The thrill of finding someone new and having an intimate relationship may seem to be a great thing. However from a long term perspective this is not the best career move.

Even when you are both single an office affair is just plain wrong. You are severely limiting yourself in your career if the news should get out that you are seeing someone at work. Some of the possible outcomes are not savory to say the least. First off if the company you work for has a policy against this then you could both be fired. Second think of the worse case scenario of the relationship should go bad. Will you have the ability to work with them in the future should things go south?  Third if there is clandestine affairs going on how will the people you work with react to hearing about such an affair? Lastly if you are the one who is the superior position then what legal ramifications will occur should the employee get fired and then blame you?

Having an office romance or affair is considered by most in upper management to be bad judgment. If this affair should reflect negatively against the company then grounds for termination can be considered. This is especially true in cases where you are the one in upper management. Essentially no one wants to work with someone with such poor judgment. Most likely you will end up losing your job and your marriage.

Now think about how it will look to future employers if you should end up getting fired for having an office romance. What will be the reason why you got fired? Will you have the ability to own up to your mistakes and admit that you were wrong? For many this is not something that is easy to do and can limit your choices in the future.

Perhaps you are in an affair right now. The chance of getting caught was once a thrilling part of the relationship but now it has gotten old. You could be tired of cheating and lying to one that you loved so dearly. Well then break free from the affair. Find out the best course of action. Click here.
